Expenses & Reimbursable Costs Agreement

Billable Expenses

In addition to hourly labor charges, the customer agrees to pay for reasonable and necessary expenses directly related to the performance of moving services. All expenses are charged in compliance with Georgia state law and are itemized on the final invoice.

Billable expenses may include, but are not limited to:

• Mileage or travel charges as disclosed at booking

• Fuel or transportation costs directly related to the move

• Tolls, parking fees, or access fees required at pickup or delivery locations

• Storage fees or redelivery charges, if applicable and authorized

• Specialty equipment required to complete the move safely (e.g., dollies, lifts, long carries)

No expenses will be charged unless they are actually incurred and necessary to complete the services.

Disclosure & Authorization

All known expenses are disclosed prior to the move whenever reasonably possible.

Additional expenses that arise due to unforeseen conditions (such as restricted access, building requirements, or customer-requested changes) will be communicated to the customer as soon as practicable.

By proceeding with services after disclosure, the customer authorizes the expense and associated time at the applicable hourly rate.

Waiting Time & Delays

Delays caused by, but not limited to, the following may result in additional billable time or expenses:

• Elevator delays or malfunctions

• Lack of access, parking, or keys

• Building restrictions or required permits

• Customer-requested pauses or changes

Waiting time is billed at the applicable hourly rate and is not considered a penalty or surcharge.

Non-Reimbursable Charges

The customer will not be charged for:

• Expenses not directly related to the move

• Costs not disclosed or authorized

• Penalties or arbitrary fees prohibited by Georgia law

Invoice & Payment of Expenses

All approved expenses will be clearly listed on the invoice and are due in accordance with the payment terms of this agreement.

Expenses are not estimated separately and form part of the final, non-binding hourly invoice.

Customer Acknowledgment

By booking services with Anytime Anywhere Movers, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Certain expenses are inherent to moving services

• Expenses will be reasonable, necessary, and itemized

• Only actual expenses incurred will be charged

• All charges comply with Georgia state law governing household goods movers
