LABOR TIME & MILEAGE POLICY

Labor Time & Mileage Policy Acknowledgment

By proceeding with your booking on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following labor and mileage policies set forth by Anytime Anywhere Movers.

Labor Time Policy

All labor packages include two (2) hours of labor. Labor time begins upon the movers’ arrival on site and ends once unloading is completed.

Any time exceeding the initial two (2) hours will be billed on a per-hour basis, based on the number of movers assigned to the job.

Standard Hourly Rates (After Initial Two Hours)

• Two Movers: $125 per hour

• Three Movers: $175 per hour

• Four Movers: $225 per hour

• Crews exceeding four (4) movers: Rate is negotiable

Mileage Policy

All moving packages include twenty-five (25) miles of travel from the pickup location to the drop-off location.

Any mileage exceeding 25 miles will be charged at a rate of $2.75 per additional mile.

Specials & Discounts

From time to time, specials or promotional discounts may be offered. Any applicable discounts will be clearly reflected on the final invoice.

Customer Acknowledgment

By continuing with your booking, you confirm that:

• You understand that all labor packages include only two (2) hours of labor

• You acknowledge that additional labor time is billed hourly after two hours

• You understand that 25 miles of travel are included, with additional mileage billed at $2.75 per mile

• You agree to the hourly rates and mileage charges outlined above

• You accept that any specials or discounts will be reflected on your final invoice
