Anytime Anywhere Movers

Any estimate provided by Anytime Anywhere Movers is a non-binding estimate and is intended to give the customer a general idea of potential costs based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final charges are based on the actual services performed.

Estimate Disclaimer

All estimates may change due to, but not limited to:

• Actual time required to complete the move

• Number of items and weight

• Stairs, elevators, long carries, or limited access

• Additional services requested on-site

• Additional mileage beyond what is included

• Items not disclosed prior to booking

Billing & Time

Moves are billed based on actual time worked, including loading, travel, unloading, and any additional services requested. Time begins upon crew arrival and ends when the job is completed.

Deposits

Any required deposit will be credited toward the final balance or may be returned to the customer’s account, depending on the platform the booking was made through (website, Thumbtack, or third-party provider). Deposit handling is subject to the rules and processing times of the booking platform.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional hours beyond the estimate

• Mileage beyond included distance

• Stairs or difficult access

• Packing or unpacking services

• Specialty or heavy items

No Guaranteed Pricing or Completion Time

Any pricing or time estimate provided is an approximation only. Anytime Anywhere Movers does not guarantee a fixed price or completion time under a non-binding estimate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the move

• Ensuring clear access, parking, and building approval

• Securing pets, children, and walkways

Liability & Damage Claims

All services are subject to the company’s Damage Waiver and Liability Policy. Claims must be submitted according to the terms outlined in that policy
